SHIPPING

All orders have a processing time of 7-14 business days and come with tracking. Delivery times are dependent on the type of shipping you select, and the processing times of the shipping carrier is out of my control. Once the order has been shipped, I have no control over your order. If there are any complications with your delivery, please contact your postal office/shipping carrier for more information.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT ACCEPT any refunds unless it is a product defect. If there are any issues with your order, please contact lumiinix@gmail.com with your order number and evidence/reasoning for an exchange and/or refund request. All requests are to be made within 5 days of delivery to be valid.

PRE-ORDERS

FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS, PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE FOR PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT.

ORDERS THAT CONSIST OF IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEM WILL BE FULLFILLED AS PRE-ORDERS.
